I was welcomed into the office and signed in as a guest. Told to make sure my phone stayed in my bag then asked some direct questions. Some where about me like my ambitions, others where to test my knowledge such as safeguarding procedures and others where generic things like why do I want to work for there company. After these questions I was given a tour of the nursery and given information about day to day nursery life. I then got to spend some time without the manager in the different rooms, interacting with staff and the children. Then I was given an opportunity to ask any questions before being signed out.
