they called me and it was the director and the office manager? it was two people and they asked me simple questions. Then once they approved they called me in for a 1 on 1. They i met with the director and got the job. They liked all my responses and approved. It was a very easy process and i got the job.

The interview was straightforward and not hard at all. It was over the phone and lasted only ten minutes. The person on the phone was nice and calm. The interview was held in a conversational matter.

HR Phone screening, a week later Director’s phone interview, video conference . Interviewer were emphatic , making me feel very comfortable .The whole process was smooth , professional and pleasant.

I met with a director and the interview was pretty straightforward. She asked about my experience, qualifications, and some hypotheticals surrounding childcare and dealing with parents. I was then also shown around the site and told more about what Bright Horizons does.
