This was an initial phone screen that lasted about seven minutes. Basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, tell me about your leadership experience). The person I spoke with said they would set up an interview the next day with a couple people at the school location. The time came and went with no contact or instructions on how to conduct the meeting. I followed up with an email and they stated that they couldn't do the meeting due to staff shortages. They stated that the max budget of this position was 53K which was below my salary expectations. They then asked me about other requirements of the position that were not listed on the initial job post and offered up other teaching positions available at the company that I might be interested in.
