Multiple interviews at multiple locations. Each one was set up last minute. They really had me jumping through hoops.
The RM kept referring to the site visit as it being "my center". After waiting 2 weeks post reference checks (which were lengthy) I had to reach out to GM only to find out that another candidate was chosen. Very unprofessional and dissappointing.

Entretien
Several rounds with progressive leaders and two wonderful peers. Overall the culture was positive and the recruiter was amazing. I left with a positive view of the company, their strategic plan, and investment in people and tools.

There were many layers to the application process. First, was the interview with HR. Then, I had to submit several work samples before meeting with the person who would be my supervisor. Then, I was provided with a series of questions (in advance) to review and respond to in front of a panel of individuals. This was all conducted via phone/Zoom due to COVID. Everyone was very kind and follow-up was always very timely.

Entretien
After applying for the job I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. That person was very helpful. Then I set up an in-person interview with a regional manager and management staff at a location. The interview was thorough and handled very well. The in-person interview took around an hour and a half.
