I had a disappointing experience interviewing with BriefCam. While I was initially excited about the opportunity, I quickly realized that the company's respect for candidates' time is severely lacking.
The technical interview itself went well; the questions were straightforward and relevant. However, I cannot say the same for the rest of the process. After reaching the final stages, I was initially asked to provide two contacts for recommendations, but I was later requested to submit two additional names, bringing the total to four.
Ultimately, I received an automated email stating that they had decided to move forward with other candidates. This was disheartening, especially since the interview felt like it was heading in the right direction.
Be wary that the interview process may end up being a waste of your time.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BriefCam
Entretien
Sat for 4 interviews for a US based role and was told the feedback was all positive but because of an issue in their new onboarding process I wouldn't see a response for some time. After 3 weeks I followed up. It took an additional day after reaching out to receive a generic rejection response.
Sometimes it just doesn't work out and another candidate is a better fit than you. Sometimes that happens after multiple interviews. What should never happen after multiple interviews is a candidate wondering where they stand for several weeks.. I don't plan to pursue other roles at Briefcam in the future because my experience with the process was so negative. I found the lack of communication deeply unprofessional and ultimately consider these interviews a waste of time.
