The interview process was standard. I was contacted after I submitted my resume and then was scheduled for an interview within a week. They interviewed me with two supervisors. They had standard questions. They were really nice and made it easy to interview. You will have to do a writing sample before the interview, so be prepared for that.

Initial phone screen by HR in less than two weeks of applying online. Scheduled for a second interview about a week later with two Directors, A third interview and meet up at the job site for an overview, Offer made no negotiation.

Entretien
Painless. It's a two step process where you first meet with the Supervisor and another colleague. After that you'll meet again with an additional supervisor to discuss more the job more in depth and discuss possible scenarios you might encounter. Everyone is very easy going and easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. Many of the employees have been around for a long period of time, which speaks highly to the organization and the work they do.
