J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bridgestone Americas (Nashville, TN) en sept. 2021

The first "interview" was a recruiter asking me 2 questions to confirm i had relevant experience. However the question was do you have experience in B2B? This information that was in my resume, LinkedIn profile and the application I provided as the only experience I have. Felt like she was unprepared for the interview and had not even looked at my resume based on the questions and attitude. Felt more like she was checking a box Abruptly ended the call to schedule another call.
This time I met with a lovely woman who was informative, honest and forthcoming. I have heard many negative reviews of the company so her interview actually led me to want to continue the process.
Then I was asked to schedule a panel interview that would each last 30-40 minutes. I asked how many interviews would take place so I could find a substantial enough time block in my calendar as I am currently FTE. I even offered to meet outside standard business hours if that was easier for anyone, and provided two major blocks of time (each 2 -3 hours in length). I never received an answer on my questions, was simply told they needed to be conducted in typical business hours (totally understandable). I replied asking if the blocks of time I had provided would work or if they needed additional options. No response, then a canned email saying I was no longer in the running.
Honestly, it reiterated many red flags I have heard about the company from those that currently work there and those that have left. The recruiter just felt unprofessional and as if she may require more training.

Good. The only thing is that I got to the final stage and it took them many days to tell me that I hadn't been selected after all. The interview was in English and the people who interviewed me along the way were friendly.
