I went through four to five rounds of interviews during the hiring process and successfully passed each stage. Following the final interview, I was provided with a written offer outlining the compensation package. Shortly after, I was informed by David Welsh, the Chief Operations Officer, that they "couldn't afford me" based on their salary range, which was already a lowball offer to begin with.
I was told they would follow up with an update within a couple of weeks — they never did. When I followed up myself, I was completely ignored. Not long after, BridgeRev reposted the same job opening.
After investing significant time and energy into their process, receiving a written offer, and then having it rescinded due to "financial constraints" was incredibly unprofessional. I strongly encourage anyone considering an opportunity with BridgeRev not to.
