They really cares about me and got to know me and tested me on technical knowledge with an online assessment and in person interview. There was a phone interview and an in person one as well

I applied online, was invited for a one way video interview. After a few days I was invited to another interview with a hiring team. Turns out, it was a panel technical assessment. I do not know which stage of the interview process I was at. It took weeks to get scheduled (communicated that they had a few deadlines that upended their schedules). Better communication on where I was in the process would have helped ease my confusion. Overall the team was pleasant and I enjoyed my interview. While I am disappointed that I did not get an offer, I had a positive experience.
