Firstly they asked me to write an essay.
Then asked me about my background.
Then asked technical questions like basics of credit rating, ratio related, balance sheet related and some behavioural questions.
The interview was very technical oriented. Also questions regarding current affairs were asked. Questions related to financial statements, bank facilities etc were asked. Also knowledge of current economic affairs was tested

Entretien
There were 3 stages for interview. Hr, technical and essay writing on a topic. The expected range was discussed prior to start of interview but was agreed upon. After clearing all the stages the expected was no where near the offered. The compensation offered was with single digit increment
