It was a pleasant experience and everyone throughout the process was nice to talk to. The technical screening and virtual on-site were practical to what you do on the job (no leetcode required) which allows you to showcase your relevant skills. The whole process moved very quickly and I received results shortly after doing the interviews.

The first interview was with a tech recruiter, who seemed uninterested since the beginning. The second was a front-end test, nothing critical. There were two devs, less experienced than me (I know this because I asked some high-level questions - not challenge related - with "I don't know" as the answer), with almost no experience conducting a coding interview.
