Laughable. I was recruited by Talent acquisition, I did not apply for this position. The described compensation package from Talent acquisition team was entirely different than what was described by hiring management. During the interview we discussed expectation of base salary plus commission. My expectations were completely different than theirs(given that I was told something totally different by Talent Acquisition)... the interview came to a halt immediately. If you interview, make sure that you know the exact position as well as the base salary and commision structure from both the hiring team and talent acquisition team. The actual offer from the hiring team (base plus commission) would not have been worth a second of my time.
