It seems they are just doing a mass interview sort of setup, so it clearly shows that they need a lot of people to apply because they do not expect either quality candidates since they do not have much to offer hires compared to other companies in this industry or because they have a difficult time when it comes to recruiting. The interviewer did not even show up at the scheduled time. Extremely unprofessional for a company that has been around for a while.

One round with area mgr, next with both levels of management about him. Two rounds total. They were looking for previous management experience. Everyone was nice, nothing too difficult, it felt like just having a chat.

Entretien
First interview was with GSM and went at. She was on her way to a vacation. Second Interview was straightforward about the industry and then the obligatory HR questions which are useless in our industry in many ways. Took several weeks to the next step because they were on vacation. The background takes a while to come back. A month before working which is usually the case with management and sales.

HR standard questions which “they have to ask” and even read off of a paper and take notes while you are speaking so it’s very awkward.
