I was called by a hiring manager and had a brief interview with her with questions about my experience and skillset. I then had another phone interview with the creative team lead with similar questions about my experience and what I could bring to the table. I was offered a formal interview, however, the position closed before I could go in for it. They called me a few days before I went in to let me know.
