      Candidature

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Breaking Waves (New York, NY) en avr. 2012

      Entretien

Interview; I applied through a staffing agency. The process took one day. I interviewed at Breaking Waves (New York, NY). The interview process went "Very Quick." There attitudes were "Care-Free." That should of been a warning of what was to come, because they interviewed fast, hired fast and laid off fast. I think they just didn't have enough designs to meet there demands for there buyers. They stole other designers artwork off there websites in order to meet those demands. So they took what they could and took advantage and they disposed in a"inhumane way." Job Position; They do not feel that there workers deserve "unemployment benefits" so they do not give it. You can work overtime without overtime pay and meet the demands for the position, and they will still treat you like a "dog" and a "slave", they give no respect and you are not seen as a team member. You will not get any breaks no matter how long you were there that day, they are frowned upon but they will deduct for a break on your check. Since, they are so concerned about saving money they will not give you "unemployment benefits" they will cut you off one day before to be exact. So care less about how it will affect your family or how hard you worked. The "unemployment benefits" could of assisted my family, especially my mom who has been battling cancer. I was already out for a long period of time before this so I gave it my all and offered to do more than asked or needed for the position, they are advantage abusers. However, they can party in Vegas, California and Miami as a weekly event. I'm sure once they finished there funnel, ice luge, mixed drinks and shots, they will get right back to finding someone else to work over and steal from. The president of the company will not give you the time of day unless he is sleeping with you and he will make inappropriate comments plus gestures. There CEO could care less about you unless it affects them. So if your a person with morals and self respect this job is not for you. This is not a company you want to work for or any of there other companies for that matter. Advice; My advice to the employee prepare for the bullying that occurs, they will low ball you and watch your portfolio because they are thieves. My word of advice to the company would be "do on to others as you would want others to do on to you", basically if you do not want to be treated that way than don't treat other people that way. You would not treat your family and friends that way so what gives you the right to treat other people that way.
