I applied online and was offered a phone screening almost two days later. The Senior Talent manager was really sweet and enthusiastic. About two days later, I ended up interviewing with the previous Office Manager, Director of Finance, and Senior Talent Manager (separately). They were all kind and engaging and turned it into a conversation more so than a formal interview.
