Very nice people! Made me feel at ease. Showed me around and told me about the company. I had a phone interview first she was also very pleasant. Had a lot of behavior questions.

Roll playing with customer that call in angry and you solve their problem. The over all experience of the interview was a positive one.

Entretien
Brief phone interview and a face to face, which lasted approximately an hour. Minimal questions, focused more on communication versus previous experience. The interviewer ended up being my supervisor and I was pleased with the entire experience.

Entretien
Most people who are hired here know someone. This is true for me. I sent the person I know an email. I then applied online, received a phone call about a month later. Training was for an entire month. The interview was standard, very standard questions, done by the actual supervisor in their cubical or a common area.
