(1) Initial 20 min screening call with Technical Recruiter to discuss job description and salary expectations. The recruiter also explained the hiring process.
(2) Interview with Hiring Manager for 30 minutes. This was an informal and pleasant call to discuss the job in more detail. There was room to ask additional questions and the Hiring Manager was interested in my background and gave me an opportunity to explain my (relevant) work experience.
(3) Interview with Manager for 30 minutes. Similar to the call with the Hiring Manager, this also was an informal and pleasant call. The focus of this call was to further discuss my work experience to determine if I would be a good fit for the company/this position.
(4) Take Home Assessment/Case Study (60 minutes). The final step of the interview process involved presenting a case study for a panel interview with three attendees. In addition, I had to create a Technical Implementation plan together with a suggestion of how the Braze product would integrate into the customers Tech Architecture and present this to the attendees (30 min). The remaining time was used to ask questions about my presentation/approach and some additional questions about the fit between the position and my experience.
Overall, the hiring process was extensive, but efficient and I was kept up to date via email throughout the entire process.
