It was a standard several groups of people from the different departments kind of interview. They gave a bit of orientation about the company and then each group asked questions centered around the work that they do. None of the questions really delved into anything too difficult. But, this was for a management position. So, it did not get too deep into the technical side. The one frustrating part was getting no feedback on what I could improve after the process was over. It was disappointing to put so much time into interviewing to not get any feedback at all in the end.
