Initially, a headhunter pre-selected me and then contacted me by phone, to ask background questions and check my information. He also explained what the job consisted of, the type of company, the people who would work with me there, and how to prepare for the interview two days later. The in-person interview took place at the building where the office is located, with the office's director and the engineering manager who would supervise my work. They asked about previous experience in the industry, basic questions about knowledge level of the tools involved (softwares), and other usual interview questions (expected salary, etc). Later on, the next day, I received the job offer package with the contract to be signed. I took another day and then met the manager at the office to deliver the signed documents. A little less than two weeks later I started my training there.
