It's a few interviews. I heard about the job from a recruiter. I then was set up with a Braskem recruiter and next the hiring manager. Both interviews were pretty straight forward just talking about your work experiences and reviewing your resume. I've interviewed with this company twice and had a few recruiters call me about Braskem. They are not very timely with their candidates. If Braskem wants to get good talent they need to move quickly.
