Multiple layers of people to interview, and at the end you talk to the CEO. Nothing good to report about this organization. Run don't walk away from it. They hire and lay off in an endless cycle of dysfunction. The CEO is running the org into the ground and true leadership does not exist in any department.

The worst is when the CEO interviews you and asks you to talk about your childhood, not your work experience. I should have walked away as it's a red flag to a poorly run company.
