Interview was on Skype when we spoke about technologies, team leading and experices about developing web applications. I have two rounds of interview with our CTO Damian and head hunter from Rockaway

I was contacted by their manager. We have discussed requirements etc. via LinkedIn and consequently sheduled an interview. The interview process consisted of a technical/test call with engineers - ~3 hours, where you have to show your programming skills and knowledge etc. on a tasks they give you. Everyone throughout this call was very friendly and helpful - and a personal visit & lunch on-site with your future team-mates, if you pass through the first round. I recieved an offer and I accepted it.
