I applied online and within 2 days I got a phone call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was basic questions about my background, my experience and about the company. It lasted for about 40 minutes and I was briefed about the job position and its responsibilities. Then I got an email saying that I have to come to McHenry IL for an onsite interview. I was prepared for about one hours long interview. But alas, the interview lasted for 2 hours 24 minutes !!!. 4 different people interviewed me back to back. First one asked few HR related questions & about the company, second and third were related to the job responsibilities and previous experience and the last was HR & behavioral questions.

I was contacted through LinkedIn for this position after I posted my resume and I was called for an over the phone interview. I was then brought here to McHenry for an interview in person the next week. I was called a few days after getting home and was told that I got the position.
