Obviously unstructured interview. One of the regional mangers (AZ Area) was very rude. As I was introducing myself I said how I went to the local community college and got an Associate's in Automotive Technology, he interrupts me, "Just (community college name), not UTI!" I continued about how I went on to get a Bachelor's at the local university in business management., interrupted again, "What good does that do us?" or something to that effect. He shortly walked out mid-interview, the other two managers (another regional and district) finished the interview and were polite. I don't know what that guys problem was...
