Tell us about a specific project or work experience that best exemplifis your experienc. Please share the project, the process for completing it, skiils used' and the overall impact to the business

You open a page. A pre-recorded video explains that you will receive 4 questions, one by one. There is no real interviewer involved in this session. For each question you have a minute to prepare. Then the recording starts and you give your response. You have the possibility of re-recording your answer once per question.

You are supposed to take 4 videos with answering non technical questions. You have a short time to prepare (1 min I think) and then you can retake the video once. There is no feedback on this, they only tell you that you failed (or passed I guess).
