It was a long drawn out process that took 2 phone calls with multiple people on the call, a miniature project to demonstrate skills, then an unnecessarily long, drawn out (7 hour) in person interview process. This all resulted in the company closing the position and refusing all candidates. I had to drive the interview process forward multiple times as the recruiter did a poor job of managing it.
