I spent a day doing several interviews where People I met were checking the job description on the go and not allowing employees to prepare for such an important conversation, they were clearly uncomfortable because they didn't know what to ask. There were very awkward moments.

The worst recruitment process ever. This company doesn't respect candidates. After pretty nice HR screening interview, where I was told about company values etc, I was invited to the next stage with the Hiring Manager that should take place in 2 weeks(!) after the initial call. It's a bit weird, but could be explainable. 1 day before the 2nd interview, I received the email with a suggestion to reschedule it for 1 more week (3 weeks in total!) due to internal issues. Alright, no problem, I can wait. But, 1 day before the meeting that I have been waiting for 3 weeks, I received another email saying that they finished recruitment process for this role. It's ridiculous! 1 out of 10
