Everyone is called at 8.30 am on 6th October to the office for the interview and the co-ordinaters are extremely unorganised. The first round starts at 11.30 am which is a group discussion . The topics for all the group's were generic . They shortlist 13 candidates and the personal interviews start at 2 pm. They have a panel of 5 members but only two -the head and some other person asks questions . The questions are very in depth on variety of topics factories act, other statutory acts, about ones past career, hr law cases etc. It's like your being interviewed for a manager job and not the assistant manager one which requires just one year of experience . The whole attitude of the panel is we know everything and whatever you say is wrong . The results will probably take a few months .
