First you are given a online interview that is followed by a call from the recruiter after that there is a decision made to meet with the hiring manager and regional. The process is very fast and they will work with your schedule

The process seemed fairly typical for the most part, with exception to their timing on the request for references. They required that about 7-10 references be submitted with answers prior to the actual formal interview even taking place. This was not only misleading but an absurd waste of time for colleagues helping with my job search.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, bozzutto seems like a wonderful company with great work life balance, the growth is endless and there is room for promotion , with so many properties I am so excited to further my role here
