Pretty easy, they are looking for people that are more in hands-on with customer service, nose, culture, well, and has a good social skills. They asked simple questions, such as water reasons you want to work here, what do you bring to Boxlunch, where do you live, and all the other interview questions. Definitely are looking for people with open availabilities.
Applied online and got an email back within 3 days asking me to answer a few questions. Got another email back within a week saying they would like to set up an interview with me and to call them during their business hours to set up an interview.
Really chill asked questions about experiences my lifestyle and pop culture influences and other general interview questions really easy going and easy to understand and talk to asked fun and serious questions. Was a walk in after applying online and interviewed me on the spot.
