Applied on the company website and was delighted to get a response from a recruiter the next morning. Set up a 20 minute phone interview with the recruiter for a week later. Very friendly and helpful recruiter who just asked about what I was looking for, more on the position, my current situation. Then waited a couple days to schedule another phone interview a week later with the manager I would be reporting under. Had a 20 minute phone interview, she was very rushed & sounded very busy. She asked questions about the department I was applying for, why I was looking into that, my career aspirations, and a few questions about my education. It then took about 2 weeks to schedule an onsite interview, because the recruiter kept rescheduling with me. This was one of the more unprofessional experiences I had with Box recruiting. It is very difficult trying to make arrangements to be free during business hours to interview while being employed. After rescheduling about 3 or 4 times they finally set up a time for an onsite interview. This was the most intense interview process I had ever had for an assistant position. The on site interview was 3 hours long and consisted of 3 1:1 interview, 1 1:2 interview, a brain teaser/intelligence test, and a small tour of the company. Got an email a couple days later saying I didn't meet the needs of the hiring team.
