J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box (Austin, TX)

I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening with them, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then attended a networking event on site, then I was given an assignment to be completed in time for my on-site interview with the manager and three members of the team, finally a last phone interview with the director of the team at HQ.
Overall an extremely pleasant interview process. There was not a lot of grey area for me as to whether or not things were moving in the right direction. They are looking for motivated, hard-working people who work well in a highly collaborative environment and enjoy the team structure. If that's you, then it will be a very natural process. They really know what they're looking for and want to make sure you're it. The content and questions asked were not difficult, mostly behavioral/situational questions to see whether or not you're going to be a good fit with the company culturally. They really invest in their people and that is evident in the way they interview. The process moves pretty quickly once you start interviewing. Took me about three weeks total before I was made an offer.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Box (Dallas, TX)

It was thorough but transparent and quick. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks. While I was not offered the role, I made it through the final interview, so this time frame does not include the time to draw up and send an offer.
The process included several virtual rounds that felt professional and friendly. It felt very conversational, and the panel role-play was engaging and well organized. Everyone I met was nice, though real-time feedback was limited and timelines could’ve been clearer. Overall, positive experience.
