The entire process was quick and very pleasant. I was happy that the team made decisions and moved quickly rather than draw the hiring process out over several months like other companies. They called me the same day that I submitted my application and invited me in the same week for an in person interview. I interviewed with three people, one of whom was the CEO. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. The interview lasted about 30-40 min. They had a decision for me by the following week as promised. I didn't get an offer, but when I asked for feedback on my interviews and hiring documents, the CEO emailed me back the same day and provided a very long and detailed email with fantastic confidence boosters and constructive criticism. I've never experienced such great feedback from an unsuccessful interview before. I really appreciate the time and thought put into that, and I now have a tremendous amount of respect for the company, the CEO and his team. I get the sense that anyone who ends up working here will be working under very nurturing management.
