his is one of the best interviews I have had recently. There were a total of four rounds, each distinct. More than just interviews, they felt like engaging conversations aimed at understanding roles and responsibilities. The interviewers sought to grasp my thought process, design thinking capabilities, cultural fit, and level of passion for design. It was a great learning experience, and the company demonstrates a strong commitment to employee growth, vision, and career goals.

The structure of the company and roles are a bit confusing at first. They have levels based on your skillset and experience and will make sure you get placed in the right "level". Allows for growth which is nice.
