      The fail to disclose the salary at the first interview after asking, at the final interview they informed me that it is a commission only role. Something they should have told candidates prior as it does not suit everyone.

      Process seemed okay initially. Staff seemed friendly enough and the manager I was interviewed by was decent. Beware of this company however, the placement was falsely advertised since the opportunity was a commission based sales role, not marketing. The interview was more like a sales pitch, prompting me to agree with their approach along the way, with promises of promotion to senior levels. This very much resembles a pyramid scheme style approach to business. The lack of clarity on the role itself, with no provided examples of what activities employees took part in, is very much a red flag. A friend of mine emailed asking for more detail about the role, as well as salary, to which they replied that they would go into more detail if she accepted an interview. Be wary of this company. It seemed too good to be true at first, and unfortunately after interviewing it only clarified my initial feeling. Thus company is based off of commission, meaning only have to pay employees who make sales, therefore it is in their interest to hire many as their costs are only impacted if sales are made. This to me looks like they are taking advantage of people looking for internships and interns. The hours of 7:30 to 18:30 are lengthy anyway, so this alongside having to meet strict sales targets to even get payed seems like a bit much for someone just trying to get some industry experience for a year.
