When I interviewed for BA, I felt like the team really cared about me as an individual. The questions they asked me were mostly job-related, but they also asked me things about how I practice self-care which I thought was unique, in a good way. They have a very organized system and communicate with you each step of the way, so you know what to expect during the process. I had interviews both in-person and via MS Teams. It is evident that they value taking care of their employees.

The interview process was great, the hr was really helpful and nice. She gave me all information needed and I got interviewed by 3 employees one of them was the principle there. They were all kind.
