I went through all three interviews, one phone screen with a manager, one video interview with a manager and a current Success Advisor, the last one over video with the Program Director and another manager. At the end of the final interview I was told that the next step would be contacting my references and that I would hear back about their decision in a couple weeks. I never heard back from anyone. The job start date has passed, so clearly I did not receive an offer nor did receive a rejection. In the end I feel disappointed and disrespected but also appreciative that I did not get an offer and accept it because I think this lack of communication and professionalism must be a reflection of their organization. I would not want to work for an organization that ghosts its candidates after they spent 3 hours of their time for interviews, as well as time to complete a thought experiment assignment ( took around 45 mins) before the final interview.

Very kind interviewers and very thoughtful. Asked interesting questions and seemed very interested in getting to know me over my resume. They did require an assignment before the final interview but it took me no more than 10 minutes.
