The hiring and interviewing process was pretty standard. I went through a phone screening process and several rounds of interview. Everyone I met was very friendly and informative. I was introduced to the product and given a tour of the company. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process. Following the interview, I really felt like the company would be a great company to work for.
