I was not actively looking, but later applied after speaking with the recruiter, figuring I had nothing to lose. About a month later a local recruiter contacted me to set up an interview, and I met with 3 managers and a principal analyst. About a week later I received an offer.

Flexibility: One aspect that stood out was the flexibility demonstrated by the interviewers regarding the interview schedule. They were accommodating and willing to adjust the timing to accommodate my availability, which made the process more manageable and less stressful.
