Contact is typically done through a recruiter to begin the process and then your resume is sent to a hiring manager for review. From there it is a phone screen which is crucial to securing a face to face interview. After this step, there is typically a 2 step interview process that will decide your fate.

Connected with hiring manager, hit if off, closed at the end, got ghosted. Lack of transparency/professionalism when it comes to communicating with applicants it seems. Interview questions were pretty basic with some pretty odd questions/prompts that may just be individual to the hiring manager.
