BCG’s process begins with an application and a one-way digital assessment. One round of three back to back case interviews (45 minutes each), combining behavioral (fit) questions and interactive cases with consultants or partners to test structured thinking, math, and communication skills

Entretien
BCG's interview process is very difficult. From networking, through to shortlisting, case interview prep and behavioral prep. Be prepared to put in the work for an offer. The actual interviewers were quite nice, friendly and once I was coachable, helped me along.

Three case interviews in London with members of the Dubai office across two days separated by a couple of weeks. Interviews were challenging but representative of the quality BCG expects from candidates.
