I got called for a first interview with HR. Second interview was with a firm's manager. The interview was extensive, covering my background, even academic, professional skills, and motivation for the role. There was also a case study. I was confident in my answers because I already had held the same job in another consultancy firm at the level of BCG, so I knew already how management consulting works. Anyway got rejected in the first round, I asked for feedback and was not provided.

Several rounds and made it to the end, took a long time between rounds. Very engaging conversations with everyone, people were obviously very smart. Didn't end up getting offer (team retracted role)
