Just an initial phone screen. Applied through a friend who works there. Got called back after 3 months. Got on the phone with a Principal for about 30 mins. Questions revolved around personal experience, consulting background, my perspective on the industry etc. Overall a positive experience. The guy sounded very friendly and collaborative. But I might not get called back. Will keep this posted.
