J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Boston Consulting Group (Gurgaon, Haryana) en janv. 2012
Entretien
4 rounds, 2 with principals and 2 with partners, roughly an hour each - feedback received after each round and the overall experience was quite pleasant, I was called into the BCG office and had 2 rounds on VC and 2 face to face interviews. Interviewers were quite senior and as such focused more on probing past experience leading teams and scoping projects and not a standard case interview

There are 2 stages of interviews, with each stage having 2 back to back interviews. Stage 1 interviews are generic case interview testing general problem-solving skills and ability to work alongside general consulting teams on case work similar to what you would be working on a project. The second stage now goes into the technical parts of the job, testing technical capabilities. They provide a practice tool to use (Case Coach) to assist with Prep work.
