Hiring process started with BGC recruiting reaching out in LinkedIn. After first contact, I agreed to a quick 30min phone call, followed by 1 hour call with hiring manager. The following weeks I did rounds 2-3 on site, each interview day consisted of 2 hours of talking to team members and other business area managers. I did not hear anything back from BCG for about 3-4 weeks until I was invites for another hour long video interview. At this point I had spent about 12-15 hours and about $150 in parking visiting the BCG office. 5 rounds of interviews and I never received an offer or even a "Thanks for your time" email. I followed up with recruiting and hiring manager, both of them did not even bother to write back. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional treatment received by BCG.
