The interviewer was a project leader and was very easy going and friendly, so much so when the case came forth - it was so conversational that I didn't make the time to put forth a structure. I recommend that no matter how conversational the interviewer is - drive the interview and ask for the time to add structure.

Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
