Very general. they asked me questions like:why you chose non-profit vs profit companies. second round is on-site interview. i met my supervisor and a senior staff in the morning. interview was about 30 mins each. They scheduled another interview with my supervisor's boss and the department director. less than 30 mins. the second was very straightforward. The direct doesn't like answers from internet. so prepare your own answers to the interview.
