Entretien
Applied in store. Received a call from store manager to set up an interview with the lead. Simple interview with questions about how I overcame objections.Was given a script to memorize and recite during next interview. Second interview was with ASM. Asked more questions about how I would interact with customers. Had to recite script. Third interview was with SM. Really detailed interview that asked how I work in a team and obtain goals. Recited script again for accuracy.

How would you react to a customer who said no to a sales pitch.
Questions and answers. Relaxed style interview. Not difficult and in line with expectations of the job. Interested in people skills and handling different kinds of situations. Retail sales scenarios, experience not necessary but helpful.
Good went very smooth also had 2 interviews wish they was still around I would still be there. Also you have the onboarding training be very easy. They walk you through everything and keep good contact with you

Entretien
Interview with two managers, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager. Then later with the team lead. Very straight forward, no complains with the interview process. Quickly received a call back from the Store Manager.
