There was no interview process. It was just a matter of submitting documents then signing a contract. Everything took place by email. Once contract is signed then there is some process to get a Turkish work visa from the Turkish embassy in your home country, then a license conversion training course in Istanbul. The process takes a few weeks. This is all daily well organized by the company.
